At Meridian, we provide all the necessary technical support locally aided by the foreign expertise of the companies that supplies us with those products and equipments should it become necessary. In addition, hands-on and practical training will be a standard program to all our customers that require them. A 24-hour response and turnaround back-up service is available as part of our customer care service program.

 

  The company has entered into exclusive agreements with several major international well-known brand names to distribute their products, of which some are ISO 9002 accredited. All products have been carefully selected to ensure that they perform to our strict requirements and expectations. The list of products will gradually increase to meet the growing needs of customer expectations.

THE SERVICE

Routine servicing to all our customers is part of the program that we stress a lot about. We have an excellent track record of providing professional and regular servicing provided to all of our customers past and present. We also provide troubleshooting calls on a day to day basis for a wide range of our customers which can only be accomplished with the field experience that we have accumulated over the years.
